Release till Zero

Have you ever wondered how some people seem to live their dream lives while others struggle to find happiness? What is the difference between these two scenarios? How is it possible that some individuals appear to be genuinely happy while others are not? The answer lies in the power of going to a Zero! wondering what I mean by that? Then go ahead and enjoy reading...

The Power of Belief

The first step in creating the life you desire is believing that you have the power to change your world. Through Miracle Work exercises, I have learned that I can withstand any situation I find myself in. It hasn't always been like that, but I have faced negative emotions and challenging circumstances head-on. I've experienced the shift from feeling stuck in a dark place to suddenly seeing the world in a new, vibrant light. The same environment that once felt oppressive began to feel welcoming, and people who seemed indifferent started to show kindness.

This transformation is not a coincidence; it is the result of my ability to create my own reality. As a long-time coach, I know that this is not merely wishful thinking but a tangible result of engaging with Miracle Work exercises. These exercises have helped me shape my reality in a way that brings me more joy and fulfillment and to believe to work my problems down to a Zero is a good reliable idea!

The Coffee Shop story

During one time abroad again, I met someone who was deeply interested in changing a particular aspect of his life. We had an interesting chat while we walked to find a nice coffee shop. We startet the session and I told him that he doesn't need to tell me about the problem; we will work with numbers, focusing on rating his feelings about the particular emotion/situation. He was already surprised because in most coaching practices it's about to tell the story but not so in Miracle Work.

After we played and testet a few MW games as we continued, he noticed that his feelings and problems began to dissipate. This sudden change gave him a sense of a shocked moment. Although he didn't explicitly show it, I could tell he was astonished that something he had lived with for so long could start to change so quickly. Afterward, he remarked that he thought it might be good to hold onto a bit of the problem.

This reaction is something I frequently encounter as a coach. It's as if the problem becomes a second voice in the person's head, and when it reaches a low intensity, that voice says, "Maybe you should keep still a bit." It's not the best to listen to this voice from my experience, but absolutely understandable, especially the first time you have an encounter with Miracle Work.

Changing your reality is not always easy. We often cling to negative situations and emotions, even though we don't want to. This tendency is subconscious, and many of us don't even realize we're doing it.

Overcoming Emotional Relapse: As Hero to Zero

This tendency to hold onto a bit of the problem means that while things may improve significantly, there remains the potential for the issue to resurface. I always respect my clients' decisions about what they want to keep or let go, but I also make them aware that holding onto even a small part of the problem leaves room for it to grow again. When a problem is completely resolved, rated at a zero, this potential is eliminated.

The Reluctance to Let Go Completely: This tendency to retain a portion of a problem stems from a variety of reasons. Sometimes, the problem has been a part of a person's life for so long that it becomes a familiar, albeit unwelcome, companion. Letting go of it completely can feel like stepping into unknown territory, which can be unsettling. There is also the fear of change, wondering what life might look like without the problem, even if that change is positive, can be daunting.

The Illusion of Control: Holding onto a problem, even just a little bit, can give a false sense of control. It’s a paradox: by keeping a piece of the problem, people feel they are managing it, but in reality, the problem is managing them. This control is illusory, as it keeps the door open for the issue to regain strength and impact their life again. It’s crucial to understand that true control comes from completely resolving the issue.

Emotional Comfort Zones: Emotional comfort zones play a significant role in why people hesitate to let go of their problems entirely. These comfort zones, although they might involve negative emotions, are places where individuals feel a sense of security. Venturing beyond these zones requires courage and the willingness to face unfamiliar emotional landscapes. This is why, during Miracle Work exercises, clients sometimes experience a sense of shock when they feel better, as it challenges their established emotional patterns.

Encouraging Complete Resolution: In my coaching practice, I encourage clients to strive for complete resolution of their problems. This involves not just reducing the intensity of the negative feelings but addressing them thoroughly until they reach a zero. By doing so, the likelihood of the problem resurfacing diminishes significantly. Complete resolution means not only finding relief but also experiencing lasting change.

The Journey to Zero: Reaching zero on the problem scale is a journey. It requires persistence and the willingness to confront and process emotions deeply. Miracle Work exercises are designed to guide individuals through this process, helping them peel back the layers of their issues. Each step toward zero represents a step toward greater emotional freedom and a more fulfilling life.

The Reward of Total Release: The ultimate reward of letting go completely is the freedom to create a new reality unburdened by past issues. When a problem is entirely resolved, individuals can move forward with clarity and confidence. They can engage with life more fully, without the shadow of their old issues looming over them. This total release allows for the full potential of personal growth and happiness to be realized.

The Gateway to Fulfill Your Life

What I found out about it is that the key to understanding why some people live their dream lives while others struggle lies in the ability to address and fully resolve emotional issues at least to have the willingness and braveness to face yourself with your own problems and to belief in the same time in problems disappearing in front of your eyes.  For me, Miracle Work exercises have been transformative, empowering me to change my reality by fostering belief in my own power and guiding me through the process of confronting and letting go of negative emotions. This journey to Zero on the problem scale requires persistence and courage and its definitely not always easy but worth it!

The result is a newfound freedom to create a fulfilling and joyful existence, highlighting the profound impact of complete emotional release and the incredible potential for happiness that everyone deserves.

Facing

Loneliness

Loneliness is a fascinating and multifaceted experience, manifesting both emotionally and physically. It often feels like a deep ache in your body and a persistent weight on your emotions. What's intriguing is that loneliness frequently makes us acutely aware of what we desire seeing people around us engage, connect, and seemingly enjoy each other's company only amplifies our sense of isolation.

I've encountered loneliness in many forms throughout my life, especially during solo travels when I'd rather be anywhere but alone. Living in a country where I'm still waiting for a permanent visa, a process that has dragged on for years, requires me to leave the country every three to six months to renew my visa. This year, I had the chance to experience a significant amount of travel, much of it solo, and thus, I faced loneliness head-on.

The Athens Experience: Confronting Loneliness

Normally, I handle travel well, filling my time with exciting activities. But what do you do when you find yourself in Athens, only to catch COVID-19 on the second day? Stuck in a foreign city for ten days, I was bedridden, first with the virus and then with menstrual cramps. This period gave me ample time to reflect, bringing many buried emotions to the surface, especially loneliness.

During these ten days, I had no choice but to confront my feelings. Miracle Work played a crucial role in helping me navigate this challenging time. Here’s how I approached it:

Acknowledging Loneliness: The first step was acknowledging my loneliness without succumbing to it. This means recognizing your emotions, stepping outside of them as if observing from a third-person perspective. I admitted to myself, "I am lonely. This doesn't feel good. I wish it were different." This simple acknowledgment is vital for initiating change.

Engaging with Negative Emotions: In extreme negative situations and stucked emotions, it's often easier to start with negative emotions. By addressing these feelings head-on, you can begin to neutralize their impact. I allowed myself to feel the loneliness fully and then engaged with it through a Miracle Work exercise. This might involve playing a mental game or performing a mindfulness activity designed to shift your emotional state. Gradually, I felt a slight relief, which encouraged me to continue.

The Layered Nature of Emotions: Emotions are complex, often resembling a tree with many branches. Sometimes, addressing a significant emotion reveals others hidden beneath it. By continuously engaging with Miracle Work exercises, I was able to peel back these emotional layers. Each session brought a bit more clarity and relief.

Building Trust in the Process: At first, the changes were subtle and hard to believe. But as I continued, I began to trust the process. Miracle Work consistently improved my emotional state, unlike anything else I'd experienced. By the seventh day, I started to emerge from my loneliness and despair, feeling well enough to consider activities I enjoyed.

The Power of Miracle Work

Miracle Work's true power lies in its ability to bring lasting change. It helps you shift your emotional state step by step, allowing you to gradually feel better and more optimistic. This method doesn't just offer temporary relief but fosters enduring emotional well-being.

Reflecting on the Athens Lesson

 Reflecting on the Athens Lesson

Reflecting on my time in Athens, I realized how far I’d come in those ten days. Despite initially feeling trapped in loneliness and frustration, Miracle Work enabled me to improve my state of mind significantly. I began to regain my well-beeing, plan enjoyable activities, and appreciated my resilience.

The journey started with a profound sense of isolation. Being alone in a foreign city, battling illness, and then dealing with additional physical discomfort left me feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. However, this forced solitude became a powerful catalyst for self-discovery and emotional growth.

Through Miracle Work, I was able to shift my focus. The initial steps were simple yet profound acknowledging my feelings without judgment and accepting the reality of my situation. This acceptance opened the door to deeper introspection. I started to recognize patterns in my thoughts and emotions, understanding that my loneliness was not just a reaction to my current circumstances but a recurring theme in my life.

As I engaged in Miracle Work exercises, I noticed subtle changes. The games and activities provided a structured way to process my feelings. Each session brought a small sense of relief, gradually building up to a more significant transformation. I began to feel lighter, my thoughts less clouded by negativity.

By the seventh day, I had made a noticeable shift. I felt a renewed sense of hope and motivation. My physical recovery from COVID-19 paralleled my emotional recovery. As my energy levels improved, so did my outlook on life. I started to plan activities that I enjoyed-exploring the city, trying local cuisine, and even engaging in virtual meetups with friends. These activities, although simple, reinforced my sense of connection and purpose.

One of the most significant realizations during this time was my inner strength and resilience. Facing loneliness and illness simultaneously tested my limits, but it also revealed my capacity to cope and thrive. Miracle Work taught me that by addressing negative emotions and consistently working through them, I could create a more positive and enduring emotional state.

This experience in Athens was a profound lesson in self-reliance and the power of intentional action. It showed me that even in the most challenging times, I have the tools within me to navigate through loneliness and find joy.
